SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply only if you voluntarily enroll in dIme's optional SMS program. The program is not required to create an account, start a trial, or use dIme.

1. What you agree to

By entering your mobile number and checking the separate SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from dIme at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

2. Program content

The initial program provides a short checklist for reviewing client meetings before they become unbilled work. Future messages, if any, will relate to dIme's time tracking, invoicing, and calendar-review workflow. dIme does not promise a specific number of messages.

3. Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any dIme message to stop future SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also email Endeavor.Co.LLC@gmail.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect your dIme account or subscription.

4. Eligibility and delivery

You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number. Delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the phone, consent, and opt-out records we keep for the SMS program. We do not sell your phone number.

6. Changes

We may change or end the optional SMS program. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page's date.
